Side Tables
Anne Bossert's artwork is a combination of her two loves, handwoven cloth and handcrafted furniture. These wonderful tables and fabric are all about color. Anne loves color, bright color.
Baltic birch plywood is used for its thin laminations and pale color. The stripes in the laminations are echoed in the stripes of the warp painted cloth. To further the relationship between cloth and wood, the same dyes are used on both to achieve a continuity of color. The beautifully handwoven cloth is safely positioned and displayed under a glass top.

The tables you see on these web pages are currently available and can ship in approximately 1 week. Special orders are also welcome. Size, color and inlay details can be varied upon request. Anne can also hand weave a coordinating wool rug to go with the tables. Wool rugs are priced at $ 40/ square foot.
